As we ventured through Old City Jerusalem and the surrounding area, the excavation team visited the Temple Mount, and the Dome of the Rock, as well as hiked the Mount of Olives, and toured several churches including the Church of the Holy Sepulchure and the Syriac Orthodox Monastery of Saint Mark.
